To whom it may concern Clemente Perez was our late father's caregiver for just under a year. In a very short time he became a dear member of our family.With him,he brought a feeling of calm and light into our father's life and indeed to the entire family. Aside from his marvellous nursing skills he displayed an incredible level of emotional intelligence. He knew exactly how to approach our father and even more importantly when to take a step back. At the same time he was always at our father's side as soon as he needed help. His compassion,honesty,patience and giving attitude made a huge impression on the family. He always went over and above his specific duties and completed extra tasks around the house voluntarily. There was never any need to explain to Clemente how to do something more than once. He liased with us and my father's professional care team as soon as anything changed in our father's condition. He is extremely easy going and appreciated our father's quirky sense of humour and never took offense,laughed at his jokes and always had a wonderful smile that lit up his face. As our father was religiously observant it was helpful that Clemente was familiar with Jewish laws and customs and we were left in no doubt that our father's kitchen remained strictly kosher and shabbat was respected when we were not able to be there. He has fairly good level of spoken and written English and a basic level of conversational Hebrew. We highly recommend this young man as a care-giver to the elderly and disabled. Yvonne 0532410870 Michael0504598212 קלמנטי פרס היה המטפל של אבא שלנו כמעט שנה. בזמן קצר, נהפך לחלק בלתי נפרד מהמשפחה שלנו. הוא הביא איתו הרגשה של רוגע, שלווה ואור לחיים של אבינו ולכל המשפחה המורחבת. חוץ מהיכולת הנפלאה שלו בסיעוד יש לו רמה גבוהה של אינטליגנציה רגשית. הוא מהר מאד הבין איך לגשת לאבינו, ויותר חשוב מתי לקחת צעד אחורה. הוא כיבד את המרחב שלו. באותו זמן היה תמיד זמין להעניק עזרה וטיפול כאשר היה מבוקש. המשפחה מאוד התרשמה מהחמלה, נאמנות, סבלנות ונתינה שמתאר את קלמטה.הוא תמיד עשה מעל ומעבר מתפקידיו והתנדב לעוד משימות בבית שהתפקיד שלו כמטפל לא התבקש. לא היה צורך אף פעם להסביר משימה יותר מפעם אחת.ותמיד עדכן אותנו על מצבו של אבינו והתייעץ איתנו ועם הצוות הרפואי המטפל שלו לכל דבר חריג במצבו. יש לו אופי נינוח הוא העריך את החוש חמור של אבינו ואף פעם לא נעלב ואפילו צחק על הבדיחות שלו. תמיד היה לו חיוך שהאיר את פניו. אבא שלנו ז"ל היה איש דתי והעובדה שלקלמנטה היה ידע על יהדות,והלכות ומנהגים היו מוכרים לו. ולכן לא היה לנו אף פעם ספק שקלמנטה שמר על הכשרות במטבח וכיבד את השבת שלא היה לנו אפשרות להיות נוכחים. יש לו שליטה סביר על השפה האנגלית בכתב ודיבור ורמה בסיסית בשפה העברית שיחתי. אנחנו ממליצים ברמות על הבחור הזה כמטפל לקשישים ואנשים עם מוגבלות מס' הבת,איבון :0532410870 מס' הבן מייקל:050459821
